Letter to Councillor Matthew Baylis, Chairman of the Open Spaces Committee, 1.7.15, regarding topics of concern to the Alton Allotment Association. A copy of this letter was also passed on to The Interim Town Clerk, Mrs Pat Harris and the Allotments Officer Samantha Brown, at a meeting held at 9a.m. on Thursday 2nd July 2015, at the Town Hall, Alton.
A letter to Councillor Matthew Bayliss, Chairman of the Open Spaces Committee, 14.7.15, regarding the establishment of an Allotment Advisory Sub Committee.
The establishment of the sub committee would be a clear demonstration that the Council wishes to engage in a good working partnership, with its only statutory recreational user group.

16th November 2015 - Letter from Mrs Leah Coney, Town Clerk, Alton Town Council.
The letter included the approval for additional taps at Wooteys. Mrs Coney also confirmed that a request to increase the allotment budget for 2016/17, to reflect the Allotment Associations submissions to the Chairman of the Open Spaces Committee, will be forwarded for consideration at the Budget Workshop.
